Overview

Accompany experienced guides in an exhilarating power boat ride past the 300 foot vertical cliffs of North Head into the Pacific Ocean. The rigid inflatable boat seats a maximum of 12 passengers and is the same vessel used by many countries Police and special Forces. It is fitted with padded straddle seats with hand grips to keep you in comfort (you sit with one leg either side.... no skirts!).

The highlights of each tour are determined by the changing moods of the Pacific Ocean and include: North Head, Shelly, Manly and Freshwater Beaches, the boiling waters of the infamous OE Gap, the blow holes at Blue Fish Point, Quarantine Station, numerous WW2 gunnery emplacements and finally see where the Duke Kahanamoku demonstrated surfing for the first time in Australia!

Numbers

The price is for two passengers. The boat can take up to 12 people.

Session Time

Actual time on boat is 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time to allow time to get changed and have your safety briefing. Available weekends only. Midweek bookings can be arranged for groups of 8 or more.

Guidelines & Restrictions

Minimum age is 10 years old. We recommend wearing casual clothes that suit the conditions - you may get wet ! We provide waterproof and windproof splash jackets and pants, booties and lifejackets. We suggest no skirts or dresses.

Extra Info

Tours run with a minimum of 4 people. All passengers must be medically fit to ride the boat and sign an indemnity form. Children (8 to 14yrs) must be at least 145cm tall to ride. Children aged under 10yrs by prior arrangement only. Children aged under 12 yrs must ride with a parent or guardian. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them. Please note your booking will be confirmed by email, if you have not received a conformation email please call 1300374278.

It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.

Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
